1999
The first kitchen
Founder opens a 30-seat Arabian eatery in Nemom, Trivandrum. The mandi is roasted in a hand-built clay oven.
2008
The flagship is born
Nemom expands into a full-format premium restaurant. Family dining becomes the cornerstone of the brand.
2011
Crossing Trivandrum
Vellayambalam opens. The team starts a centralised kitchen and supply discipline.
2015
Events division launches
Irani Events caters its first 500-guest wedding. Within 12 months it is the most-booked Arabian caterer in South Kerala.
2018
Tamil Nadu entry
Marthandam outlet opens the brand's first inter-state location.
2022
Brand reset
New visual identity, premium uniforms, and a centralised SOP rolled out across all outlets.
2024
Nagercoil flagship
16th outlet opens. The franchise programme is formally launched for Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Coimbatore.
2030
The next 50
Target: 50 outlets across 12 South Indian cities, an international Gulf pilot, and a packaged-food line.
